The food was absolutely amazing. Very authentic egg drop soup. The fried California roll was absolutely amazing and lost no integrity of the sushi underneath the friedness. Also, the sesame chicken with pork fried rice was better than most local places. Comparable to Red Pepper in Amherst but at a cheaper price.

We stopped by Oriental Palace in Kenmore last night and were blown away. We ordered the country style bean curd, mixed vegetables, and broccoli with garlic sauce, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. I was also able to get some of their orange sauce to go—my favorite! When I mentioned I’d likely be making orange tofu at home, the owner went out of his way to share some cooking tips, which was such a kind touch. Both gentlemen working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was spectacular, the service outstanding, and we’ll certainly be back!

I ordered General Tso tofu for delivery from another restaurant. They messed up my order and sent chicken. I'm a vegetarian and couldn't eat it. My husband remembered seeing Oriental Palace while driving home one day and I looked them up. I called to see if they could make their bean curd in the general Tso sauce. The chef came on the phone to speak with me and made sure he was clear on everything I wanted. I wanted veggie lo mein and not white rice and they have vegetable egg rolls!! Veggie egg rolls (not spring rolls) are so hard to find. I cannot express how good everything he made was. The tofu was crispy and not mushy, the sauce was so good and not overly sweet, and the egg rolls was good as well. We will definitely be ordering from here again, or going in to eat if we don't do takeout. Thank you so much for saving my dinner plans and for the beyond yummy food!!

8/23/25 I came here and ordered the general szo chicken with the 10 classic California sushi roll and the Chinese tea, and It was amazing not a lot of places with some genuine Chinese food and a all around comfortable and delicious environment. Definitely coming back here again.

Great new place in kenmore / Tonawanda. Mix of everything. Sushi, poke bowls and Chinese cuisine. Got the chicken teriyaki poke bowl, dumplings and orange chicken. Great service. Welcome to the neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back.

Great food and our server tim was very nice. They got everyone in my party (5) served in less than 12 minutes. sushi and lo mein where excellent, the server even gave us an extra order of crab sushi for free

This is the BEST Chinese food I have EVER had!!! ... and I eat Chinese food often ... UPDATE: I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE RECEIVED A 4.2 RATING!!! IT SHOULD BE 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. ANY REVIEWS THAT GIVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS MUST WORK FOR ANOTHER CHINESE RESTAURANT AND NO THEY'RE IN TROUBLE NOW THAT ORIENTAL PALACE IS OPEN!

Update 9/2025: Pork loin mein was terrible. Had more green onion than pork! Tasted like Chinese 5 spice. See pic for how much oil was left in the container. Pork lo mein was great. Sweet and sour chicken were large pieces, not tiny nuggets. Dumplings were heavily filled.
